Matilde Savoye Coteaux Champenois 2020

This is Mathilde's still red wine and it comes from a parcel around the village of Cuchery. 2020 was a fantastic year for the still wines of Champagne, with the best wines achieving amazing ripeness for such a northern appellation. As Coteaux Champenois wines make up such a small percentage of the wines of Champagne, these are a rare and unique wines for those in the know.
 
Open and perfumed, lively and voluminous, silky tannins reminiscent of great Red Burgundy.
