Vielles Vignes Blanc Sec
Clos d'Orsignac
One of Bergerac's top dry whites, this wine is bursting with waxy tropical fruit, white flowers and has salinity in the finish. Elodie's Sauvignon Blanc parcel is situated on a south facing plateau where the grapes can achieve great ripeness. In 2020 she was able to make a wine with richness, texture and great acidity, without underripe gooseberry or grassy aromas.
